The Clerk of the Circuit Court is required by Florida Statutes to charge for services rendered in recording documents and in performing various other duties. All checks should be made payable to Clerk of the Circuit Court. The schedule contains the most common transactions involving the payment of charges to the Clerk. If you will be requesting a service that is not listed, please consult the Clerk's Office to determine what, if any, fee is required. Article V Revision 7 of the Florida State Constitution will change all service charges for the Court Division of the Clerk’s Office as of July 1, 2004.
