We realize that quite often, citizens and companies that conduct business with the Sumter County Clerk's Office need certain forms and documents. In an effort to better serve you, avoid a time consuming visit to our offices and to allow you the freedom to access this information when we are closed, we are now making those forms approved by the Supreme Court and the Florida Bar available for your convenience.
Because of the complexity of Circuit Court cases, Family Law is the only department for which forms are available.
There are also numerous County Court forms which may be downloaded by selecting the desired form name. Any fees associated with the filing of forms are described in the "Fees and Service Charges" section.
