Extensions
A request for an extension must be submitted within 30 days of the issuance of the citation by calling the Clerk of Court at (352) 569-6810 - Option 7. Per Administrative Order only one 30 day extension will be granted and by requesting an extension you will waive your right to a hearing before the court.

The Clerk may dismiss traffic tickets written for certain driver license, registration, or insurance violations. A dismissal fee of $10.00 will be assessed if you file proof of license, registration or insurance that was valid at the time the citation was issue.
