Reports are being seen with a new scam being send to Florida residents.  What appear to be valid Notice of Default is being received via snail mail or delivered electroincally.  These notices contain a QR Barcode you can scan with a smart device or phone leading you into a fraudlet transaction or possible highacking of your personal deviced.  

The Clerk of Court will not send any Court Notice in this fashion.  If you have received these types of messages you are urged to immediately delete or mark as Spam.  Do not interact with them directly.
