Since 2019, the Sumter County Clerk of the Court Operation Green Light event has helped hundreds of customers become eligible for reinstatement. This year, many Clerks of Court are participating in coordinated events in April. In Sumter County, the event will be held April 15th. This upcoming event is an opportunity for Sumter County customers with suspended driver licenses to pay overdue court obligations, including traffic tickets, while saving on additional fees.
