Partial Payment Plans

To be considered for a Partial Payment Plan for your court fines and costs, please complete the online application.

You must fill all required sections as noted on this application then return to the Clerk’s Office via mail or hand delivery.

Once completed, mail your application to the following address

Once received, please allow three business days for a Deputy Clerk to review your application and reach out with further instructions.
